Coleshill Young Leaders
At Coleshill, we believe every child has the potential to lead, influence and make a difference. Our Young Leaders programme offers pupils real opportunities to shape school life, lift the voices of others and take pride in their community.
Through a wide range of leadership roles, pupils learn to collaborate, problem-solve and contribute positively to the world around them. Whether they are strengthening our environmental practice, promoting wellbeing, leading worship, supporting reading or championing play, our Young Leaders act as role models who bring our values to life.
This vibrant, pupil-powered model ensures that every child feels seen, heard and empowered — rooted in who they are, connected to their community, and ready to thrive as confident citizens of the future.
Through these opportunities, pupils actively enact British Values in meaningful and authentic ways. They experience democracy through voting and pupil voice, show mutual respect and tolerance through inclusive leadership, understand individual liberty by expressing their views confidently, and develop a strong sense of rule of law through responsibility and fairness in their roles.
Head Pupils
