Warwickshire Child & Family Wellbeing service

The Warwickshire School Nursing Service (Connect for Health) has merged with the Health Visiting Service to create one integrated 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service (up to 25 for young people with SEND) in Warwickshire. As part of this the new provider is HCRG Care Group.
